Arbitration will be conducted in English in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator's decision may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
